Short Summary
- Decent Screen clearer for PvE, However does not have good DPS’s capabilities outside her burst at all.
- Great PvP Nikke, Can Substitute Scarlet in Nuke Teams
- Her shield wants to be active at all times. If destroyed, burst does no damage/procs shield instead.
- Likes HP buffers, as her burst damage directly scales on Max HP. Dislike ATK buffers as her burst does not take any consideration to her ATK values at all.
- Despite having a shield mechanic, she is not meant to be used as a tank due to the lack of taunting abilities.
Skills
Skill 1: Nano Coating
Activates when entering battle. Affects self.
Nano Coating: Creates a Shield equal to 21.12% of the caster’s final Max HP continuously
Activates when using Burst Skill. Affects self if not in Nano Coating status.
Nano Coating: Creates a Shield equal to 21.12% of the caster’s final Max HP continuously.
Kilo enters the round with a shield, and is based on Final max hp. If the shield is not active at the time of casting her burst skill, the shield is then reactivated. Otherwise does nothing (Does not replenish shields if it is not destroyed, but is damaged).
Final Max HP
Final Max HP buffs (Noise, Mast, Ade, Quency, etc) affect the shield value given (if applicable).
This value also affects the recovery given from her skill 2, and damage from her burst.
Skill 2: Self-Cure
Activates when performing Normal Attack for 200 time(s) in Nano Coating status. Affects self.
Recovery Shield HP equal to 2.85% caster’s final Max HP.
Activates when using Burst Skill. Affects self if not in Nano Coating status.
Effect changes according to the caster’s status. Previous effects trigger repeatedly
Once: Next Shield’s HP ▲ 17.75% continuously
Twice: Next Shield’s HP ▲ 26.66% continuously
Three times: Next Shield’s HP ▲ 35.53% continuously.
Every 3.3s, recovers 13%~ of the base value of her first shield. her shields get stronger every time it is destroyed and re-applied.
Burst: Assign Priority
Activates when in Nano Coating status. Affects all enemies.
Deals damage equal to 1150.84% of the ATK, which is calculated from 5% of final Max HP.
Activates when not in Nano Coating status. Affects self.
Max HP ▲ 48% for 20 sec.
Kilo Increases and heals her HP for 48% of her max HP if her shield is not active.
If her shield is active. Kilo gets 5% of her Final Max HP and applies it as the “ATK” value of the skill.
Example:
If HP is = 100,000
5% of 100,000 = 5,000
1150.84% of 5,000 = 57,920 DMG
ATK is not equated to her burst at all. This means that HP buffers are extremely important if the Commander wants to increase her burst damage.
Campaign
Kilo has one role in Campaign, and that is to be a screen clearer. Although not as effective as Scarlet (More ATK, Easier to Buff), Harran (Burst Generation), or Privaty: Unkind Maid (Potentially better off burst damage). Kilo is able to do her job pretty well.
Some stages need emergency screen wipers either due to oppressive spawning or fast attacking Raptures. Although it is not recommended to purely build teams that buff Kilo specifically (Final Max HP buffs) as it is not worth doing so. Kilo’s Viability immediately plummets if she is unable to one shot waves.
Arena
Despite being an MG, Kilo proves her worth by simply having a strong screen clear. However, Kilo does have a quirk in where her shields need to be active for her to be able to screen wipe, otherwise she becomes useless.
Kilo Relies on HP buffers instead of the usual ATK buffers, making her teams relatively tanky/has big sustain as a bonus.
This usually isn’t an issue when pairing with taunt Nikkes / Positioning her correctly in Teams.

Special Interception
Unfortunately, Kilo has almost no place in special Interception. Her damage is rather sub-optimal when not going against waves of Raptures. She does not have any good team sustain utility, or does not take advantage of any of the bosses Niches.
Strengths
- Great PvP Nikke, Substitute for Scarlet in meta teams
- Has a Screen clear which can come handy in Campaign
Weaknesses
- Virtually offers nothing outside of her burst
- Her burst can be rendered useless if Kilo’s shield is destroyed for a few burst rotations.
- Mobile Player FoV gets drastically reduced due to her huge model (unfortunate)
